Privacy
Terralma Estudio uses this website to present services, design examples, and receive business enquiries. This policy explains what data is processed when someone visits the site or submits an enquiry.
Data we collect
If you submit the contact form, we may receive the following data:
- contact name;
- business, project, or venture name;
- email and, if provided, WhatsApp;
- business sector;
- service interest or desired outcome;
- website, Instagram, or reference link you choose to share;
- free-text message submitted through the form;
- minimal technical data required for security and abuse prevention, such as anti-spam verification.
Why we use the data
We use this data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, understand the requested project, prevent form abuse, and keep a reasonable record of business conversations.
Technical service providers
The site is deployed on Cloudflare Pages. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse. Form notifications are sent through Resend and forwarded to Terralma Estudio’s operational inbox. These providers may process technical data or the content required to provide those services.
Basis and scope of processing
Submitting the form is voluntary. By submitting it, you authorise Terralma Estudio to use the data provided to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation related to your project.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects may be retained for up to 12 months for commercial follow-up, internal review, and conversation continuity. If an enquiry becomes a commercial relationship, related data may be retained for the time required to deliver the service, meet administrative, accounting, or legal obligations, and document the project.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. Spanish-language requests may also be sent to [email protected].
Local authority and obligations
Terralma Estudio initially operates with a focus on Argentina. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the Argentine authority related to personal data protection. As real client and enquiry volume grows, Terralma Estudio will review with local legal or accounting advice whether database registration or other formal obligations apply.
